Yoga for me is a journey, a journey to the self, a journey of self transformation through working through asanas, breathing and meditation. Yoga is not about being extremely flexible or having the most perfect pose. You don’t have to be the perfect shape or have the best yoga clothes. The goal is to create space where you were once stuck, to celebrate, appreciate and have gratitute for your body, health and wellbeing, to love yourself and make peace with who you are. To treat yourself and others with respect, compassion and the love we deserve. I hope I can share my passion for Yoga with you and take you on a journey of self transformation like the one I am currently on. Namaste.
A little about me and my Yoga classes.. as a complementary therapist I know the benefits Yoga can bring to your every day life. I have trained with Jyoti Yoga and have achieved a 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certificate which is accredited by Yoga Alliance International India. My classes are small, a maximum of 7 people in a class in order for me to give you the best out of your practice. With classes being smaller I am able to give quite a lot of 1 to 1 attention during a class. All of my classes are currently aimed at beginners and many people will benefit from my classes as particular attention is given to alignment, your comfort etc. You will never be pushed into postures and there is always variations for postures. You do not need any prior experience of Yoga, I can help you with that. My classes are friendly, welcoming and you will leave feeling fantastic about yourself and what you have achieved in my class.
YOGA CLASSES RUN IN 4 WEEK BLOCKS. £7.50 A CLASS. PLEASE CONTACT TO BOOK. Due to classes being small I cannot offer a drop in class facility. Classes need to be booked in advance.
