Yoga is a journey, a journey to the self, a journey of self transformation by working through asanas (yoga postures), breathing and meditation. Yoga is not about being extremely flexible or having the most perfect pose. You don’t have to be the perfect shape or have the best yoga clothes. The goal is to create space where you were once stuck, to celebrate, appreciate and have gratitude for your body, health and wellbeing, to love yourself and make peace with who you are. To treat yourself and others with respect, compassion and the love we deserve. I hope I can share my passion for Yoga with you and take you on a journey of self transformation like the one I am currently on.
As a complementary therapist I know the benefits Yoga can bring to your every day life. I have trained with Jyoti Yoga and have achieved a 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certificate which is accredited by Yoga Alliance International India. I have also trained in Pregnancy Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Many people benefit from One to One yoga as particular attention is given to alignment, your comfort etc. There are many benefits to having One to One Online Yoga. You can enjoy your yoga practice from the comfort of your own home.
The sessions will be tailored to meet your individual needs. For example, if you suffer from shoulder/neck/back tension I can choose ways to work that will specifically target that area. If you are suffering from stress, anxiety or low mood we can work with breathing techniques, meditation and postures that will help to release stress from the body.
Many of my yoga students tell me that having One to One yoga helps them to develop their confidence making practicing on their own easier.
